Products & Pricing

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors occur.

Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed only after payment is received and verified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all 36 states and FCT across Nigeria.

Delivery Fees

Delivery within Anambra State is free. For other states, delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Timeframes

• Within Awka: Same day or next business day
• Within Anambra State: 1–2 business days
• Other states: 2–5 business days

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. We will notify you via WhatsApp when your order is dispatched.

Store Pickup

Free store pickup is available at Shop 35A, Ezenwa Plaza, Awka. Select "Store Pickup" at checkout.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Eligible Returns

• Sealed, unopened products in original packaging
• Products with manufacturing defects
• Wrong item received

Non-Eligible Returns

• Opened products (unless defective)
• Products with physical damage caused by the customer
• Products returned after 7 days

Return Process

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

Manufacturer Warranty

Brand new products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically 1 year for Apple and Samsung products).

Store Warranty

Refurbished and open box products come with our store warranty as specified on the product listing.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. It does not cover:

• Physical damage (drops, cracks, water damage)
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear
